3. Definitions

• "Platform" means this website where our products and services are listed and purchased.
• "Transaction" means an order placed by you to purchase products and/or services on the Platform.
• "Transaction Amount" means the amount paid by you for a Transaction.
• "Payment Instrument" includes accepted methods such as cards, bank transfer, UPI, IMPS, or other payment methods made available by payment providers.

4. Product and License

The LevelUp Circle provides digital educational content. Your purchase includes access to a ZIP bundle containing five PDF guides.

The content is licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, copy for commercial use, publicly upload, or share paid files.

5. Payments and User Information

By initiating a Transaction, you agree to pay the listed price using lawful funds and valid payment details. All payments are processed through secure payment systems and are subject to authorization and verification checks.

You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date details including name, email, phone, and payment information as required for order processing.

6. Delivery and Refunds

Delivery is digital only. Access details are provided after successful payment confirmation. For refund and cancellation conditions, please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Merchant Rights

We may collect, store, and share information provided by you as necessary to process Transactions, deliver products/services, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

8. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited actions include:

• Using the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfering with security features or platform operations.
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Copying, reverse engineering, or exploiting platform code/content without permission.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any person through the Platform.

9. Reviews and User Content

If reviews or feedback are enabled, you must post lawful and truthful content. We may remove content at our discretion if it is abusive, misleading, illegal, or violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Our educational content does not constitute financial advice. Trading and investing involve risk, and we do not guarantee outcomes or profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or products. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration provisions under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English.
