Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

The LevelUp Circle sells downloadable digital products (ZIP + PDF files). Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, all sales are generally final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only when:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You did not receive access because of a verified technical issue on our side.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after successful access/download.
• Lack of usage or delayed usage by the customer.
• Incompatibility with third-party tools or platforms not controlled by us.

4. Cancellation

Since this is a one-time digital purchase and not a subscription, cancellation does not apply after payment.
